We're Hiring - Business Analyst Location: Misr El-Gedida, Cairo (Onsite) Apply: [email] Tatweer is looking for a talented Business Analyst to support digital transformation, technology, and smart infrastructure initiatives by bridging business needs with innovative technology solutions. What You'll Do: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications - Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions - Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities - Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Teams, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle - Prepare user stories, process flows, use cases, and business documentation - Support UAT activities and ensure solutions meet business objectives What We're Looking For: - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst - Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis - Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience in Digital Transformation, ERP, Enterprise Applications, Al. - Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, BPMN, or similar is a plus Join Tatweer and help shape innovative solutions that drive business transformation and smart future initiatives.
