🔥 Senior Solution Engineer - AWS / Snowflake / AI Elinext is an international IT company with 25+ years of experience in software development and integration for customers worldwide. We support clients across Fintech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and other industries with scalable digital products, cloud platforms, data solutions, and AI-enabled systems. We are currently looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to join an international project for a customer based in Switzerland. 📍 Customer: Switzerland 📍 Candidate location: EU 💼 Seniority: Senior 🧠 Experience: 5+ years 🇬🇧 English: B2+ About the Role We are looking for a strong hands-on engineer with expertise in AWS, Snowflake, data engineering, and enterprise solution delivery. The role combines technical implementation, solution design, scalable data architecture, and close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. MUST HAVE — 5+ years of experience in Software / Solution / Data Engineering — Strong hands-on AWS experience — Good knowledge of AWS core services, architecture, and serverless solutions — Strong hands-on Snowflake experience — Snowflake data modelling, optimisation, and governance — Strong Python and/or Java skills — Experience building scalable data pipelines — CI/CD and DevOps practices — Infrastructure as Code / IaC — Experience delivering enterprise-grade systems end-to-end — Strong stakeholder communication skills — English B2+ Relevant experience with the following would be highly valuable: — AWS Bedrock — RAG solutions — AI agents — AI services and integrations — AI-assisted development tools Nice to Have — Banking / fintech / financial services experience — Enterprise cloud transformation projects — Data governance and security — Experience designing highly scalable data platforms 💚 What We Offer — Small-company feel within a fast-growing international environment — Friendly, collaborative, and mission-driven team — 25 calendar days of vacation + 5 additional paid sick days — Medical insurance — Corporate English courses — Corporate events and team-building activities — Support with professional certifications — Reimbursement for professional courses and training — Long-term international projects — Opportunities for professional and technical growth
