Senior Machine Learning Engineer Northstar Analytics 1,200,000 to 1,600,000 KZT NET per month Almaty / Office Northstar Analytics builds production ML systems for retail operators across Central Asia. Responsibilities: • Own architecture and delivery of forecasting, ranking, and recommendation services. • Design reproducible training, evaluation, monitoring, and retraining workflows. • Translate product goals into measurable ML objectives, experiments, and releases. Requirements: • 5+ years in professional software or machine-learning engineering with production systems. • Advanced Python and SQL; strong statistics, experimentation, and model-evaluation skills. • Experience with orchestration, containers, cloud infrastructure, observability, and CI/CD. • Ability to debug data and model failures. • Experience with forecasting, ranking, recommendations, optimization, or another applied ML domain. • English proficiency for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
