In Belgium, our consultants work closely with leading financial institutions on strategic business and technology transformation initiatives. The Role We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join Capco’s consulting team and support one of our clients within the financial services industry. You will join a multidisciplinary team, where the focus is on creating, maintaining and continuously improving automation solutions, including robots and chatbots . The team works with technologies such as Blue Prism to automate processes and improve the way client services are delivered. As Scrum Master, your role is to enable the team to perform at its best. You will facilitate the Agile way of working, help remove impediments, strengthen collaboration and support continuous improvement across the team. You will work closely with the Product Owner, technology specialists, business stakeholders and other teams to ensure smooth and effective delivery. What You Will Do Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions.
