Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead – Jira & AI-enabled Delivery We are looking for a hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to enable effective, predictable delivery through strong Agile practices, Jira governance and pragmatic use of AI. You will bring structure without unnecessary bureaucracy, coach and challenge the team, remove blockers and ensure agreed Ways of Working are consistently applied. Key responsibilities Facilitate Sprint Planning, Refinement, Daily Scrums, Reviews and Retrospectives, aligned to the Scrum Guide and Scrum values . Coordinate pre-planning technical alignment and ensure capacity is reflected in Sprint commitments. Champion agreed Ways of Working , setting clear expectations and constructively challenging where standards are not met. Ensure backlog readiness, delivery governance and release processes are consistently followed. Coach the team towards greater ownership, maturity and continuous improvement. Act as a Jira SME
