For over two decades, we have been harnessing technology to drive meaningful change.   By combining world-class engineering, industry expertise and a people-centric mindset, we consult and partner with leading brands from various industries to create dynamic platforms and intelligent digital experiences that drive innovation and transform businesses.   From prototype to real-world impact - be part of a global shift by doing work that matters.  Lead reporting design, data pipelines, and validation for core clinical metrics (including Permanent CVC Order Utilization, Care Activity On-Time Reporting, Pure Flow Flagging, and Vital Check Compliance).Partner directly with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions, baselines, and clinical workflow analysis.Build and optimize advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models to support scalable self-serve analytics.Automate Key Result (KR) reporting to eliminate manual compilation.Conduct peer reviews, quality checks, and root-cause analysis on clinical data anomalies.  4–7 years of progressive experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare business intelligence, or product analytics.Advanced SQL mastery and extensive experience with cloud data platforms (Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery).Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data structures, and clinical quality [link] scripting skills are strong pluses. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Additional Employee Requirements  Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary. Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary. Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary. Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary. Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate
