Overview: We are looking for a Senior Ruby Developer to join a highly experienced engineering team working on complex, data-intensive systems. You will help design and build reliable, fault-tolerant solutions, take ownership of their performance in production, and solve challenging data and scalability problems. Purpose of the role: Design and improve scalable Ruby services for high-load, data-intensive systems. You will own solutions from implementation to production, troubleshoot complex issues, optimize application and database performance, and contribute to technical decisions and engineering practices. Key responsibilities Work in a fully agile environment with senior engineers and product managers Participate in designing fault-tolerant, highly available and optimized solutions Monitor and optimize your services in production for excellence Research and develop new technologies and tools Collaborate with other teams - product, infrastructure and business Required Experience: Minimum 5-year experience in software development Solid Ruby programming skills Hands-on experience with data-intensive applications development & performance tuning Experience in developing complex solutions from scratch Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of relational databases, with the ability and curiosity to investigate complex data issues, analyze large datasets, and perform root-cause analysis Deep data structures, OOP, and algorithms knowledge Good communication skills g. g. k8s, Helm, Prometheus) Our Benefits Private health insurance Sports bene
