Описание

Veda builds vault infrastructure for DeFi at scale. We manage Billions in total value locked across 15+ blockchain networks, powering yield strategies for partners including Kraken, Etherfi, MetaMask and Plasma. Our protocol turns complex multi-chain DeFi positions into simple vault interfaces that institutional and retail users can actually trust. We seek individuals with high agency to join us in defining the next phase of DeFi growth and adoption. The ideal candidate takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and adapts swiftly to evolving demands. Role The Compliance Director is responsible for overseeing Veda’s global compliance framework, ensuring that its vault infrastructure and DeFi strategies operate in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This role focuses on maintaining robust compliance controls across Veda’s products, partnerships, and operations, with an emphasis on custody, data protection, and regulatory requirements. The Compliance Director will report to and work closely with Veda’s General Counsel to ensure the proper policies and procedures are in place to support Veda’s operations and the compliance needs of our partners, address regulatory issues, and help create a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the organization.
