Senior AI Consultant - Agentic AI & Generative AI £60,000 - £80,000 base + bonus, training and a strong benefits package | Hybrid working | Office base of your choice: London, Manchester or Glasgow | Full time, permanent If you want to build intelligent systems that actually make it into production not just proofs of concept that gather dust this is the role you've been holding out for. You'll join a highly regarded transformation consultancy where strategy, science, creativity and engineering meet, working with major public and private sector clients on Generative and Agentic AI solutions that deliver visible, real-world impact. You'll be part of a genuinely tech-obsessed team that experiments freely, works with the newest models and agentic frameworks, and regularly presents its work at major industry events and conferences. If you thrive on rapid prototyping, scaling AI products, and being trusted to explore what's next, you'll feel right at home. What You'll Be Doing Designing, developing, testing and deploying front-end and back-end components of GenAI and agentic applications within a data science and AI consulting team. Designing agentic workflows with HITL gates, auditability, policy controls and robust evaluation/monitoring suitable for regulated clients. Translating complex business challenges into AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, data science and analytics. Collaborating with cloud architects, data scientists, product managers and business consultants to take ideas from concept to production. Supporting business development building AI demonstrators, contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches and client events. Contributing internally through campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, offering development and practice growth, alongside your own funded learning, training and certifications.
