Swift Dynamics is seeking a IoT Project Manager to oversee IoT and Software development projects from project initiation through delivery. This role requires strong coordination skills between clients, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution, timeline management, and customer satisfaction. 📌Responsibilities: Meet with clients to gather project requirements, business needs, and objectives. Manage end-to-end IoT and software development projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery. Define and manage project scope, specifications, BOQ, project costing, timelines, and action plans. Coordinate with internal teams including IoT, Development, and Purchasing, as well as external suppliers involved in the projects. Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and within the agreed scope. Review and understand TOR to compile project specifications and requirements. Prepare project proposals, technical documents, and specifications in compliance with TOR and project requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to ensure project alignment and customer satisfaction. Support problem-solving and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. 🔎Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any related field. 3–5 years of experience in project management for IoT and software development projects. Experience reviewing TOR, technical specifications, BOQ, and project-related documentation. Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and management skills. Able to work flexibly, including attending meetings or business dinners when required. Able to travel for client meetings and project site visits as needed. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
