ROLE PURPOSE IIX is seeking an Associate Director to build and lead IIX Fintech — a newly integrated vertical unifying three core platforms: IIX Values™ (impact measurement and ESG data),Impact Partners™ (enterprise and investor connectivity), and IIX Institute™(knowledge and capacity-building). This senior leadership role exists to serve as the strategic bridge between IIX’s Asset Management and Advisory businesses, ensuring data, technology, and knowledge systems drive both investment performance and advisory excellence. Success means a cohesive, revenue-generating, and scalable platform business that defines the next chapter of IIX’s growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Strategic Leadership &Integration • Build and lead IIX Fintech as a cohesive business unit, integrating IIX Values™, ImpactPartners™, and IIX Institute™ into a unified strategy • PositionIIX Fintech as the connective tissue between Asset Management and Advisory, ensuring seamless flow of data, insights, and client solutions • Develop and execute a 3–5 year growth strategy for IIX Fintech, aligned with IIX’s broader vision of scaling Orange Capital markets 2. Product & Platform Development • Oversee continued development of data analytics and impact measurement tools (IIXValues™), digital engagement and marketplace capabilities (Impact Partners™),and training, certification, and thought leadership programs (IIX Institute™) • Ensure platforms are market-relevant, user-centric, and scalable across geographies • Work closely with tech and analytics teams to translate business needs into product innovation 3. Team Leadership & Organizational Building • Lead and manage a globally distributed team across technology, analytics, and training functions • Rebuild and strengthen the IIX Institute into a leading global knowledge hub • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across teams • Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent aligned with IIX’s mission and PREM values 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with the Asset Management team to embed data and analytics intoinvest ment strategies and reporting • Collaborate with the Advisory team to deliver integrated solutions for clients and governments • Ensure IIX Fintech enhances both capital mobilization efforts and policy advisory outcomes 5. , Python, R, SQL, Tableau), UI/UX principles, and data privacy/compliance standards • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field The Person • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate innovation into revenue • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability — comfortable building from the ground up • Resilient, adaptable, and driven — at ease navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments • A systems builder who connects ideas, people, and platforms into a unified whole • Deep alignment with IIX’s mission of inclusive finance, gender equality, and climate action THE PREM FRAMEWORK Every IIX team member is a PREM professional.
