About the role As an Angular Mobile App Developer, you will own and evolve the mobile experience powering InspectNTrack and Smart Safety Pro. Using Angular, Ionic and Cordova, you will build and maintain cross-platform apps for iOS and Android that work reliably in the field — including offline-first workflows backed by SQLite. You will work closely with product and backend engineers to ship features that enterprise customers depend on in safety-critical environments. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Angular, Ionic and Cordova. Architect and implement offline-first data layers using SQLite, including schema design, migrations, and sync strategies with backend APIs. Build barcode scanning, inspection workflows, and LOTO procedure interfaces tailored to field technician use cases. Diagnose and resolve mobile-specific issues — performance bottlenecks, sync conflicts, platform edge cases, and device compatibility problems. Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure consistent data integrity between mobile and server. Participate in code reviews, testing (unit and device), and release activities across iOS and Android. Proactively surface technical debt in areas that affect field reliability, data integrity, or compliance workflows. Work cross-functionally with product and design to refine requirements and deliver polished, production-grade mobile experiences. About you 3+ years of mobile development experience with a strong focus on Angular, Typescript and Ionic required. Hands-on experience with SQLite in a mobile context, including schema design, query optimization, and offline sync patterns. Solid understanding of cross-platform mobile development patterns, platform lifecycles, and device-specific considerations for iOS and Android. Experience consuming RESTful APIs and managing data synchronization between mobile clients and backend services. Familiarity with mobile testing strategies, including unit tests and on-device/emulator testing. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, particularly for connectivity-challenged or resource-constrained environments. Comfortable taking ownership in a lean, high-trust engineering team. Experience with barcode scanning libraries or hardware integrations in a mobile context. Familiarity with push notifications, background sync, and mobile security best practices. , App Center, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions).
