Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver robust testing configurations for the Workbench platform. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on functional specifications. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage. Identify, document, track, and resolve system defects using standard defect tracking tools. Perform thorough regression, integration, and system testing to ensure platform stability before deployment. Monitor debugging process results and work closely with developers to resolve technical issues. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on functional and non-functional testing. Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar). Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes within an Agile/Scrum environment. Experience testing banking applications, financial workflows, or enterprise workbench platforms. Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
