[link] JOB DESCRIPTION A Senior AI Engineer is a technical expert who designs, develops, and implements artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to solve complex business problems, playing a key role in driving innovation and leveraging AI to enhance products, services, and overall business performance by utilizing their deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate cutting-edge technologies effectively. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy NLP and computer vision models and algorithms. Analyze large datasets of text, images, and videos to extract insights and inform model development. Apply deep learning techniques for tasks like document understanding, document classification, text classification, text summarization, and sentiment analysis. Integrate AI models and systems into existing business processes and IT infrastructure. Lead AI projects and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members. Implement scalable and efficient AI solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Stay up-to-date on the latest AI trends, conduct research, and explore new applications for AI. Collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers to understand requirements and deliver effective AI solutions. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI models and systems through rigorous testing and validation. Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance and applicability of different AI models and techniques. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 6-7 + years of experience in applying AI and machine learning to real-world problems. Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision. Expertise in programming languages like Python, Java, or R. Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models.
