Digital Foundations และ Guardrails สนับสนุนการนำ Cloud Services, Cloud-native services, Modern Workplace และ Network Infrastructure มาใช้ใน Country Offices สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้าน Cybersecurity, Information Security และ Digital Risk Management ประเมินความต้องการด้าน ICT, Cloud, Data และ AI ให้คำแนะนำและ Technical Assurance ด้าน Cybersecurity, Privacy, Data Protection, Interoperability, Accessibility และ Scalability สนับสนุนการจัดทำและใช้ Long-Term Arrangements (LTAs) และกลไกการจัดซื้อด้าน ICT และ Digital Services 2. Digital Governance, Coordination และ Capacity Building สนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้าน Digital Foundations, Cybersecurity, Data Governance และ Emerging Technologies สนับสนุนการอบรม การแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และ Communities of Practice ระหว่าง Country Offices ตรวจสอบและให้ Technical Assurance สำหรับ Business Process Automation ให้คำแนะนำด้าน Digital Fundraising Platforms, Solution Architecture, Data Management และ Cybersecurity ประสานงานกับ HQ, Country Offices, UN agencies และหน่วยงาน/พันธมิตรที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3.
