Описание

Job Responsibilities • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware, software, PCs , networks, operating systems, and peripheral devices. • Manage and monitor network and server systems. • Provide orientation for new users, along with training and additional support as needed. • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources. • Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in IT Support, Networking, or related areas. • Knowledge of: Client hardware and software Network cabling, switches , Firewall configuration, Windows Server, VMware, and Veeam IP Phones , experience with SUSE Linux is a plus • A strong command of English is essential. • Excellent service mindset, strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team, with a high sense of responsibility.
