About the role We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance activities supporting our site facilities and Seed Washing & Processing operations in Khon Kaen. You will be responsible for ensuring safe and reliable maintenance operations, improving equipment reliability, and supporting engineering and continuous improvement projects. Key responsibilities Develop preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans. Plan daily maintenance activities, shutdowns and maintenance backlog. Manage maintenance activities and equipment records through SAP PM/MM. Analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and perform root cause analysis. Support equipment installation, commissioning and start-up. Identify and implement equipment, safety, productivity and cost improvements. Coordinate contractors, vendors, spare parts and maintenance resources. Lead assigned engineering and maintenance improvement projects. Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, OH&S and site requirements. About you Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, engineering or manufacturing. Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, equipment reliability, troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Experience with SAP PM and practical knowledge of SAP MM. Experience in equipment installation, commissioning and start-up. Knowledge of HSE, ISO and Management of Change requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and data analysis; Power BI is an advantage. Good English communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
