Responsibilities: Act as a core technical/functional contributor in AML and RCO systems development, optimization, and system integration. Collaborate closely with Business Units (BUs) to gather user requirements, conduct impact analysis, and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Execute system design, coding, testing (UAT/SIT), troubleshooting, and documentation according to project schedules. Support the Team Head in monitoring project progress, managing vendor deliverables, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Follow IT governance guidelines, security policies, and SDLC procedures to ensure software compliance and quality standard. Provide day-to-day production support, incident management, and system maintenance for AML/RCO applications. Assist in coaching junior team members or analysts on technical skills and domain knowledge. Requirements Bachelor degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. 6 years or above solid IT experience in system development and application support. Hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and implementing compliance or risk systems. Practical experience working with external vendors for system deployment and product support. Strong technical proficiency in core languages and databases used in the system, such as: SAS, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, Oracle Database, MS SQL, UNIX/Linux, and scripting. Good understanding of regulatory compliance workflows, specifically around AML transaction monitoring, name screening, fraud risk management, or RegTech. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills for production incidents. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with compliance users, technical teams, and vendors. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as fluent in Putonghua. Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Vice President.
