Job Description We are seeking a talented engineer to join our product development team. In this role, you will engage in the design of target solutions based on research & development and markets analysis with clients in aviation, and supply chains & logistics. Artificial intelligence tools will be embedded organically into the solutions. Key Responsibilities · Participate in product owner engagement to understand the needs, and be able to articulate potential design approaches · Design data pre-processing & engineering methods to handle unstructured & multimodal data · Design AI model cleansing to remove irrelevant knowledge and potential indirect negative responses · Collaborate with solutions architect to explore available LLM-based models and AI-related tools and suggest innovative ML pipeline options · Work closely with developers to deploy models efficiently in secure cloud environments such as new and old trends · Incorporate mechanisms to safeguard currency of model behaviour with respect to perceived potential changing environments · Design analytics with Zense · Present findings and possible insights, clearly with proper grounding, that is conducive to management-level stakeholders in different corporate user groups Requirements · Degree holder or above in Data Science, Statistics, or related disciplines; fresh graduates are welcome to apply · Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, TensorFlow, MongoDB/Redis, etc. · Familiar with VSCode, GitLab, Docker, some current AI LLM-based Models · Willingness to self-directed and driven to explore and think beyond off-the-shelf solutions · A well-developed business acumen in some industry settings is a must, and in Aviation and Supply Chains is a definite plus · Motivated attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong team player and/or leader · Open minded to listen, proactive to communicate and willing to share, and embrace conducive training-on-the-job environment · Good communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin is a must with proven written skills in English (without the need of AI beautification) · Candidates with a Master’s Degree is a plus
