💰 Up to S$8,000 + Performance Bonus 📍 Singapore | Monday to Friday, Office Hours ☁️ Kubernetes • Cloud Native • DevOps • Linux Our client, a technology company specialising in cloud-native platforms, container technologies and enterprise DevOps solutions , is looking for an After-sales Engineer to support enterprise customers across industries including banking, finance, telecommunications, manufacturing and technology. Job Responsibilities Provide technical support and guidance to customers during product deployment, implementation and post-deployment stages Troubleshoot technical issues involving Kubernetes, container platforms, Linux systems and cloud-native environments Support the deployment, configuration, operation and maintenance of enterprise cloud platforms Investigate customer technical issues and provide timely resolutions Prepare implementation plans, technical documentation, reports and deployment-related materials Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions and customer training where required Work closely with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions Manage and respond to customer technical support tickets Coordinate with customers, partners, vendors and internal stakeholders during project implementation Gather customer feedback and technical requirements to support product improvement Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline At least 1 year of relevant experience in Cloud, DevOps, IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Technical Support or related areas Hands-on knowledge or experience with Kubernetes and Linux Familiarity with Docker, container technologies, cloud-native platforms or DevOps tools Experience supporting deployment, implementation or operations of enterprise systems will be advantageous Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable communicating with customers and handling technical discussions Able to work independently as well as within a technical team Why Join?
