We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our Hong Kong Branch. Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and support Windows and Linux server environments. Manage enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and system health to ensure reliable operations. Perform system upgrades, patch management, firmware updates, and routine maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to servers, operating systems, storage, backup systems, and supporting infrastructure. Maintain infrastructure monitoring, backup/recovery services, and security controls to ensure system availability and data protection. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system standards. Collaborate with business users, project teams, and technology vendors to deliver infrastructure enhancements and support projects. Participate in infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and technology transformation initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure administration and support in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries. Hands-on experience with technologies, such as Windows Server, Linux Administration, Active Directory, TCP/IP Networking, VPN Technologies, VMware and/or Hyper-V, Enterprise Storage & Backup Solutions, etc. g. Dell EMC, HPE, Veeam, NetBackup) and knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, Proxy, and Endpoint Security solutions, are advantageous. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, Networking, or Cybersecurity certifications are preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A team player with strong self-motivation and is able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
