Описание

Обязанности: Leading the design and development of complex backend systems using Node.js / TypeScript, Defining architecture and technical direction for real-time, distributed systems, Designing solutions focused on low latency, high throughput and scalability, Taking ownership of critical backend components from concept through production, Driving technical decisions around architecture, reliability and performance, Collaborating with engineering teams to improve development practices and system design, Mentoring engineers and sharing technical knowledge across the team, Working with AWS infrastructure and production environments, Improving CI/CD processes and supporting reliable software delivery Опыт: 10+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering, Strong hands-on experience with Node.js / TypeScript, Extensive experience designing and building real-time systems, Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture, Experience building low-latency and high-throughput applications, Strong experience with AWS and cloud-based solutions, Proven experience designing and operating large-scale production systems, Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices and modern software delivery, Ability to drive technical decisions and influence engineering direction, Experience mentoring engineers and supporting technical growth within teams, Experience with Kafka, streaming platforms or event-driven architectures, Strong background in performance optimization and system tuning, Experience with Rust, Experience designing highly scalable infrastructure and backend platforms
