JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs. Collaborate with product managers and frontend teams to deliver fit-for-purpose digital solutions aligned with business and IT strategy. Ensure backend systems are secure, reliable, and optimised for performance. Drive technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and review code to ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Act as a mentor to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
