Описание

Job Responsibilities Own the product roadmap and backlog across key user journeys. Translate user research, stakeholder needs and business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories. Prioritise features based on user needs, impact and delivery considerations. Define success metrics and use data to track product performance and guide decisions. Plan and conduct product discovery, user research and validation activities. Work closely with designers, researchers and engineers to deliver products from concept to launch. Manage stakeholders and communicate product direction, priorities and rationale clearly. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of product management experience with a track record of delivering digital products. Strong experience in requirements definition, backlog prioritisation and product roadmapping. Hands-on experience in product discovery and user research. Comfortable using data and metrics to measure product performance and outcomes. Experience with workflow or management systems such as dashboards, records or scheduling solutions is an advantage. Familiarity with Agile development and working with design and engineering teams. Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
