Your career opportunity Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) is a business-critical function within HSBC. The CCR IT team delivers the technology that calculates counterparty credit risk exposure for thousands of clients globally every day. The IT Service Owner is responsible for the ongoing supply and support of the IT services owned and provide a single point of contact for those services in line with standard IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Lifecycle phases, namely Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement. It is a dynamic role where you will get the chance to be involved in both operational tasks, projects, programs and have the opportunity to network with different teams such as Risks, Cyber Security, developers, Project Managers and many more on a regular basis. You will get access to different tools and trainings to support your transition to this role as well as your career development.
