Meet the Supply Chain and Engineering Team At Supply Chain and Engineering in Poland, we implement PLM solutions (Siemens, Dassault, or SAP PLM) for global manufacturers on the Fortune Global 500 list and help them transform their R&D — from roadmap, through process design, to go-live. You work in international teams, close to the client's business, with hands-on exposure to GenAI and Agentic AI in engineering. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Co-create and lead PLM-based R&D transformation programs — from concept through process design to delivery. - Design business processes: BOM management, Engineering Change Management, specification/recipe management, supplier integration. - Support clients with PLM Maturity Assessment, PLM Roadmap definition, and Value Realization. - Contribute to projects using GenAI / Agentic AI — from idea to deployed solution.
