Accountabilities: - You will take a proactive role throughout the software development lifecycle, helping teams identify risks early and ensuring that testing strategies are aligned with business and technical objectives. Participate from the early stages of projects, contributing to requirements analysis, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. - Identify systemic impacts and delivery risks while maintaining a broad view of business processes and related systems. - Develop test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases aligned with project objectives. - Execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and automated tests. - Plan and support non-functional testing, including performance, load, security, and data persistence testing. - Validate system integrations and ensure consistency of business rules. - Register, track, and support the resolution of defects and non-conformities with development teams. - Work across multiple projects and squads simultaneously, collaborating to ensure delivery quality. - Produce quality indicators, metrics, and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement. - Identify opportunities to improve development and testing processes. - Share knowledge and promote quality best practices, supporting the technical development of other professionals in the area. - Requirements The ideal candidate will bring solid software quality experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to understand both technical requirements and broader system impacts.
