Team Connect is Poland’s leading nearshore and offshore IT provider. Since 2008 we successfully create and develop software for our clients. We specialize in Agile and DevOps-based software development. From the analysis stage through implementation. We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications. For one of our clients, a company from the healthcare industry , we are looking for a Senior Java Developer . 100% remote work – the position is fully remote. Recruitment process – a technical interview followed by a live coding session. About Company: a healthcare app and web platform for nurses in the home-care field, including clinical assessment and follow-up tools, team planning, administration and invoicing. Technical Foundation Strong, demonstrable Java knowledge with confidence in core language features, the collections framework, concurrency, and the standard library. Comfortable working within a large multi-module Maven project built on Java 17 and Spring Boot. Practical experience with: Spring ecosystem (dependency injection, transaction management, event-driven patterns, caching, security) Messaging with JMS / ActiveMQ MongoDB and relational persistence (Spring Data) RESTful API design and inter-service communication Healthcare data standards (FHIR / HAPI FHIR) is a plus but not required Testing with JUnit 5 and Mockito Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development What We’re Looking For Beyond Technical Skills Architectural ownership Exp
