Leads are provided - fintech platform. Drive growth by connecting with prospective clients seeking life and health coverage, guiding them through tailored options and seamless policy issuance. Swiftly reach out to platform-generated leads to assess individual life and health protection needs. Evaluate and compare suitable plans across multiple providers to recommend optimal insurance solutions. Guide customers through application processes and coordinate follow-up activities until policy issuance. Deliver dedicated post-sales support and perform annual policy reviews to ensure long-term coverage alignment. Maintain flexibility to accommodate client meeting schedules and consistently meet monthly performance targets. skills and experience required. Minimum 3 years of proven sales track record within financial advisory firms or insurance organizations. Strong subject matter expertise in financial planning, life and health products, and collective investment schemes. Possesses CMFAS certifications including Modules 5, 9, 9A, and HI; additional qualifications such as M8, M8A, BCP, PGI, or ComGI are advantageous. Independent worker with high resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive under time-sensitive goals.
