We have spent the last stretch modernising our technology stack, and it is now in good shape. The next chapter is the experience that sits on top of it. Three surfaces make up the Helicap platform: the investor portal, the associate portal our internal teams run the business on, and the analytics platform that turns our credit and portfolio data into decisions. All three do real work today. As with any platform that has grown quickly alongside the business it serves, there is now a clear opportunity to step back, simplify the journeys, and bring a single, confident design language across all of them. Over the next 12 months, we are onboarding more distribution partners, expanding our product portfolio, and moving the investor experience towards self-serve. We want someone to own that end-to-end — the strategy, the design, and the shipping. This is a hands-on role with unusually broad scope. You will be our first dedicated senior product hire, setting product direction and the design standard for the whole platform, with the Tech Lead and the leadership team directly behind you.
