Genomics England is a global leader in enabling genomic medicine and research, focused on creating a world where everyone benefits from genomic healthcare. Building on the 100,000 Genomes Project, we support the NHS’s world-first national whole genome sequencing service and run the growing National Genomic Research Library, alongside delivering numerous major genomics initiatives. We're on the cusp of big changes with the real prospect of genomics becoming the fabric of everyday healthcare through the lifetime – from birth to old age.

This includes returning putative diagnostic findings to the NHS, initiating collaborations between researchers and NHS clinicians to further research and linking participants with potential therapeutic opportunities. The Clinical Research Interface (CRI) team provides coordination and stakeholder engagement needed to support the return of important research findings into healthcare settings.
As CRI Manager, you will oversee the logistical processes required to support the Diagnostic Discovery pathway and facilitate research collaborations, bringing together researchers, clinicians, diagnostic laboratories, and internal teams. You will play a key role in building strong partnerships, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance, and helping scientific discoveries make a meaningful difference in patient care. Managing consent verification, patient information checks, and laboratory identification to ensure findings can progress safely and compliantly.
Maintaining tracking systems, reports, and operational documentation to support effective case management and governance. Building strong partnerships with researchers, clinicians, laboratory scientists, and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and decision-making. Ensuring robust governance processes are followed when handling sensitive patient information and research findings.
