Full Stack Software Engineer Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite) Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of employment without requiring current or future employer sponsorship of any kind, including but not limited to OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, or any other visa classification. About This Role TogetherWork is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of software solutions across our SaaS platforms. Working alongside experienced engineers, product teams, and technical leaders, you'll build foundational engineering skills while contributing to customer-facing products and internal systems. You will be mentored by senior engineers and gain hands-on exposure to full-stack development, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, AI-assisted development, and modern software engineering methodologies. This role is best suited to an engineer who is passionate about software development, enjoys solving problems, has a strong desire to learn modern technologies, and demonstrates ownership, curiosity, and a growth mindset. js, Angular) — through coursework, internships, personal projects, open-source contributions, or professional work Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with exposure to modern front-end frameworks, responsive design, and accessibility principles Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, service integrations, and authentication/authorization fundamentals Basic understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), SQL fundamentals, and data modeling concepts Exposure to AWS, Git and modern source-control workflows, CI/CD concepts, and Docker/containerized applications Understanding of secure coding fundamentals, automated testing, and software quality practices Proven, daily experience using AI tooling for AI-native development, applied responsibly Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Self-starter with strong communication skills, a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Why This Role Impact: Contribute to customer-facing products and internal systems across a portfolio of 33+ software applications serving 12+ vertical markets.
