Scale faster. Grow smarter. Right now, we're looking for a Product Designer to join our Product & Engineering Team and help build a scalable AdTech and AI-powered platform. The team works autonomously and close to the business, covering the full cycle: researching the problem, forming hypotheses, launching, analysing results and evolving the product. ) to speed up research, design and prototyping What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in product design A portfolio of real, launched products we can see Experience designing UI for SaaS, internal systems, admin panels or other complex interfaces Autonomy: you're comfortable making design decisions without constant supervision Ability to work fast and prioritise effectively Experience forming product hypotheses and working with analytics Strong Figma skills: Auto Layout, components and Variables are a must Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility and common web patterns Hands-on use of AI tools in your daily work Nice to have Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development, and/or experience collaborating closely with developers Experience running Design QA Experience building design systems with Variables and atomic design principles Experience with HRM/ATS or other HR Tech products Experience with AI coding agents and generating interactive prototypes What We Offer Hybrid job in Prague/Warsaw or remote Competitive compensation Flexible working hours: we start our operation day between 9:00 — 11:00 CET All necessary equipment Paid vacation and sick leaves Educational support: reimbursement of certification, training, and a knowledge-sharing atmosphere Company events and multiple internal activities Open feedback and transparent direct communication
