Location & Work Model Łódź-based opportunity with hybrid work model (3 days in the office per month). As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client , a leading organization in the online banking sector dedicated to delivering innovative digital solutions for accounts and savings products. You will support complex IT and business initiatives focused on modernizing core banking systems and enhancing customer-facing financial services. Your main responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements during project initiation and delivery phases Develop functional and non-functional requirements specifications and high-level solution designs Support analytical work performed by vendors and internal banking units Define and analyze banking processes in cooperation with business stakeholders Collaborate with system architects, designers, and internal domain experts Prepare and review user and automated test scenarios Conduct functional testing and support business acceptance testing Review technical documentation, architecture, and applied technologies Support system parameterization and provide expert guidance post-implementation You’re ideal for this role if you have: At least five years of experience in a Business Analyst role working with business stakehol
