We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Functional Lead to design and validate future-state master data governance processes for enterprise transformation. The role involves leading process reengineering initiatives, defining governance workflows, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Responsibilities Design and validate future-state master data governance processes for enterprise transformation Lead process reengineering initiatives across the organization Define governance workflows and establish data quality standards Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose MDG solutions Ensure alignment of solutions with business requirements Configure MDG domain for Vendor BPs and integration scenarios Translate business needs into technical solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to drive master data governance adoption Requirements 7+ years of SAP MDG functional experience Knowledge of business processes and process reengineering Expertise in data governance frameworks and data quality standards Proficiency in configuring MDG domain for Vendor BPs and integration scenarios Capability to conduct fit-gap analysis and propose MDG solutions Skills in translating business needs into technical solutions English proficiency at B2 level or higher We offer We gather like-minded people: Top tech minds driving innovation in AI, cloud and digital platform modernization Supportive team and agile, startup-like culture Hybrid by design mode and opportunity to work remotely
