Описание

We're looking for a Salesforce Business Solution Architect to join our team in Poland in a hybrid working mode . In this role, you will design and guide the development of innovative solutions for internal healthcare stakeholders, enabling streamlined Patient Services and Innovative Medicine capabilities. You will provide strategic direction through architecture design, ensure compliance with security standards, and influence the overall roadmap by aligning solutions with business objectives. This position offers the chance to work on high-impact global initiatives in a dynamic, regulated environment. Responsibilities Create and lead solution designs aligned with Patient Services and Innovative Medicine domains Support product owners and managers in defining scope and shaping future roadmaps Conduct feasibility assessments and participate in requirement-gathering workshops on a global and regional scale Ensure solution designs maximize Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities and deliver optimal user experience Validate designs against architecture principles and ensure traceability to functional/non-functional requirements Guarantee adherence to security and compliance standards within the solution delivery scope Document solution designs and provide implementation oversight with agility and accuracy Collaborate with project managers and operations teams on deployment planning and environment migrations Engage in decision-making forums with stakeholders, providing architectura
