Responsibilities Take ownership of end-to-end solution design to align with business needs and strategic objectives Collaborate with product stakeholders to define scope, devise plans and develop roadmaps Develop business cases and conduct feasibility assessments for new initiatives Facilitate requirement workshops with global and regional teams Align detailed designs to architectural standards and ensure traceability to requirements Focus on user experience and Salesforce’s out-of-the-box capabilities for optimal outcomes Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in service delivery Provide input into decision-making processes alongside business stakeholders Document
