We specialize in Infrastructure, CyberSecurity, Digital Consolidation, Computing EndPoint, and Audit & Compliance, supporting digital transformation for SMEs and MNCs. Job Summary This role encompass the design and implementation of network and security solutions for clients, managing configurations, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Design and implement network and security solutions by configuring routers, switches, wireless devices, load balancers, and other network hardware to meet client requirements Firewall skillset (on designing, configuring, troubleshooting and quick turnarounds) is highly desirable Rack and stack network devices efficiently to prepare for deployment Build and maintain strong client relationships by managing expectations and ensuring their network needs are fulfilled Diagnose and resolve network and security issues during deployment by investigating connectivity problems, configuration errors, and analyzing network traffic Create comprehensive technical documentation including Low-Level Design, Technical Design Specification (TDS), As-built, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) documents Obtain client signoff on all project documentation to ensure formal project closure Collab
