PROJECT INFORMATION Industry: banking Remote work: hybrid in Gdańsk, 3 days/week Project language: English, Polish Business trips: n/a Project length: >12 months contracts + prolongations. Start: ASAP / Flexible Assignment type: B2B Summary: This role focuses on enhancing operational resilience in banking through effective testing and exercising of crisis management and business continuity strategies. Responsibilities Design and plan desktop testing exercises aligned with Collaboration and Communication Services (CCS) objectives and regulatory expectations for banking operations. Develop realistic, MVB grounded scenarios that stress-test manual recovery procedures and interdependencies across business functions. Facilitate and host exercising workshops with key stakeholders across business units and support functions to validate crisis plans and identify operational gaps. Manage exercise logistics and coordination, including participant engagement, timing, documentation, real-time facilitation of desktop exercising sessions, and team coordination. Develop exercise material, participant guides, and facilitator notes that enable repeatable, high-quality execution of recovery exercises. Track and manage action items arising from testing exercises, coordinate follow-up actions, and provide timely updates to senior leadership and programme governance. Document testing outcomes, including findings, observations, gaps, and recommendations for Collaboration and Communication Service
