Location: 100% Remote (Anywhere in Europe) Contract Type: B2B Contract (12 months) Working Hours: Standard CET (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Start Date: As soon as possible (Mid-October at the latest) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect / Model Builder to design, build and evolve high performance Anaplan solutions. This is a hybrid role: half of the job is deep technical craftsmanship inside Anaplan, and the other half is being a trusted business partner who understands the "why" behind every requirement. You will need to be equally comfortable in a model's formula editor and in a room full of Sales, Finance or Compensation stakeholders challenging their requirements. Prior experience on Sales Compensation Management / Incentive Compensation Management (SPM/ICM) topics is a strong differentiator for this role, given the strategic importance of compensation modelling at Criteo. Key Responsibilities Anaplan Design & Development Design, build and enhance Anaplan models following platform best practices (PLANS, DISCO, UX). Translate approved functional and technical designs into scalable, high-performing Anaplan architectures. Manage full deployment lifecycles using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) across DEV / UAT / PROD environments. Build and maintain data integrations (Imports/Exports, CloudWorks, Anaplan Connect, APIs) with upstream and downstream systems (CRM, HRIS, Data Warehouse).
