Senior ServiceNow Portfolio & Delivery Lead (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced leader to drive the strategic development and delivery of a large-scale enterprise workflow and digital services platform within a highly regulated international environment. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of platform initiatives, ensuring that business priorities are translated into actionable delivery plans, aligned with organizational capacity, governance requirements, and long-term technology objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance platform capabilities, optimize operational processes, and deliver measurable business value through modern delivery practices.
