Introduction & Summary We are seeking a Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer with over 7 years of experience to spearhead the design and development of a cloud-native data platform leveraging Microsoft Azure . This position involves the integration of data from numerous enterprise systems to build a cohesive, intelligent data ecosystem tailored for diverse business domains. Main Responsibilities The primary duties include: Designing and implementing automated data pipelines that integrate over 10 enterprise systems. Developing efficient data models to support analytics and AI-driven insights. Establishing robust data governance frameworks to ensure quality and access control. Enabling AI and analytics through the delivery of structured datasets. Preparing comprehensive technical documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions. Key Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Fabric (MS Fabric). Solid experience in Python programming. Strong SQL skills. Expertise with Azure Functions. Experience with Apache Kafka. Knowledge of Docker Containers. Familiarity with Data Modeling (Dimensional & Relational). Experience with Multi-Source Data Integration (including SAP BW, SAP HANA, Labware, etc.). Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and Real-Time Data Processing. Skills in Data Governance and Security. Experience with CI/CD and GitHub. Nice to Have Experience with SAP DataSphere and SAP ERP. Proficiency in performance tuning and ETL/ELT processes. Strong ownership and ability to
