We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer with team leadership experience who enjoys building complex systems, guiding other engineers, integrating external services, and using generative AI to accelerate development and automate workflows. The role is perfect for someone who is ready to grow into or step into the Team Lead role . This is a hybrid role for candidates based in Kraków or the surrounding area who can regularly work with the team from our Kraków office. If you’re excited about combining modern frontend development with AI-driven workflows and automation tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and LLM frameworks , this one is for you. What You’ll Do Develop and contribute to end-to-end features across SaaS products and internal tools, collaborating with senior engineers on architecture and implementation decisions. Provide hands-on technical leadership and support the day-to-day work of the engineering team Help coordinate delivery, set technical direction, and maintain high engineering standards Mentor engineers, review code, and help remove technical blockers Build modern, high-performance frontends using Next.js and React.js Develop scalable backend services using Node.js / NestJS Design and integrate APIs (REST, WebSockets, external services) Build and maintain automatio
