All underpinned by technology created with purpose. Your role We are looking for a Technical Data Quality Specialist with hands-on experience in Python, SQL and Databricks . You will implement and monitor data quality controls to ensure trusted data for reporting, decision-making and AI solutions. Your tasks Implement and automate data quality checks using Python and SQL. Analyse data and investigate data quality issues in Databricks. Define data quality rules, controls and KPIs. Produce data quality reports and dashboards. Work with business and technical teams to resolve identified issues. Your profile 3–5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Engineering, Data Governance or MDM. Hands-on experience with Python and SQL. Practical knowledge of Databricks or a similar data platform. Experience with data validation, root cause analysis and issue resolution. Understanding of data quality frameworks and controls. Fluent English. Based in Poland and available to work full-time on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław. Nice to Have SAP MDG experience. Experience in large-scale data transfor
