Описание

Location: Zürich (hybrid) Your Mission You will lead Data & AI engagements for enterprise clients in Switzerland, with a focus on Financial Services, combining strong technical understanding with consulting and delivery leadership. Working closely with our teams in Switzerland, Poland, and India, you will help clients turn their Data & AI ambitions into practical solutions while contributing to new opportunities and the development of our Data & AI service line. Your Responsibilities Leading Data & AI engagements end-to-end, taking ownership of scope, budget, project governance, client steering, and escalations. Guiding and coordinating Swiss, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams and reviewing their output to ensure quality and alignment with client expectations. Contributing hands-on to delivery yourself, from Data & AI advisory and solution architecture to technical design and implementation where it adds the most value. Working directly with client stakeholders and decision-makers to translate business needs into practical Data & AI solutions across strategy and advisory, data platforms on Databricks (including Xebia AXIS), Agentic Data Foundations, GenAI, and agentic AI, and seeing them through from production into managed services.
