📌 AI/ML Engineer | Mid & Senior B2B contract Location: Romania / Bulgaria / Poland – 100% Remote 💡 Our client is a leading automotive and mobility organization operating a large dealer and service network across multiple business domains. The company is investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, document processing, and decision-making capabilities. As part of its AI transformation journey, the client is building an AI Factory responsible for delivering scalable, production-ready AI solutions across the organization. ✔️ Project Description The AI Factory is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AI and Generative AI solutions, covering the entire lifecycle from ideation to production operations. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products supporting dealer operations, back-office processes, document processing, decision-support systems, and intelligent data platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and develop machine learning solutions aligned with business objectives. Build and train ML models for document intelligence, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and decision-support use cases. Own the ML lifecycle, including: data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining.
