Our current team is made up of 5 experienced consultants and developers for Webcon and Power Platform, efficiently handling a growing project pipeline. We’re seeing increasing demand for low-code solutions - that’s why we’re planning to expand the team and steadily build up our skills. Your responsibilities: Main responsibility is to build a business line from the Webcon and Power Platform teams with a cohesive (complementary) offer and delivery standards for solutions. We are looking for you, if you have: 6+ years in low-code / workflow / BPM, including 2–3 years as a team leader. Worked for a consulting or software house. Managing a team of 5–10 people. Documented work in at least one other tool (Webcon, UiPath, Power Platform) knowledge allowing to verify estimates and others' solutions. Understanding integrations at the architecture level: REST API, connectors, M365/SharePoint, ERP (SAP, Dynamics). Experience allowing setting the boundary between low-code / high-code and the ability to justify it. Understanding design issues: environments, standards, documentation, handover for maintenance. Ability to conduct initial meetings with the business along with at least basic process mapping (BPMN). Experience working with an international clients. Polish, English at a communicative level. Process mining. Defining project scope, estimation, and defending the pricing defense of valuation, participation in RFP Language. We offer: Participation in interesting and demanding projects
