Have you ever wondered how sports betting and online gambling platforms actually work behind the scenes? We are currently looking for a Hardware & Systems Testing Specialist to join a well-established international company operating within the gaming and gambling industry. The company has been present on the market for over 35 years and works with some of the biggest gaming providers globally, ensuring software quality, technical integrity and regulatory compliance across casino and betting products. 📍 Location: Hybrid role based around Bydgoszcz 🚗 This is not a typical office-based remote role — the position involves regular travel to client sites across Poland and occasionally other European countries as part of inspections, testing and certification activities. 💰 Salary: around 98,400 PLN gross /annually on CoE company car provided full equipment provided Main responsibilities include: testing gaming hardware and software systems, conducting technical inspections of devices, preparing technical documentation and reports, verifying compliance with industry regulations, supporting clients during inspection and testing processes. Ideal background: Degree in (IT / electronics / electrical engineering preferred), fluent Polish and communicative English, good organisational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and under pressure, willingness to travel regularly across Poland and Europe, active driving licence (Category B), EU passport or valid right to t
