Описание

We are looking for a Lead Python Developer to join a modern, lean, and self-governing engineering team, working alongside world-class engineers, architects, and product managers to build a scalable, high-performance platform leveraged by external customers to create paradigm-shifting applications and solutions. This role includes direct daily communication with stakeholders located in the USA, EU, and India, offering valuable experience working in a highly distributed, customer-facing team. Responsibilities Communicate directly with clients on a daily basis to collect and analyze business needs Create necessary documentation, including PRDs, test cases, and design docs Work as the sole developer on an application from idea to ready product Build and maintain a scalable, high-performance platform used by external customers Deliver on time with quality while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Contribute to a transparent, trust-based engineering culture Question the status quo and seek individual mastery while encouraging autonomy Apply cloud technologies and microservices architecture to platform development Ensure application security throughout the development lifecycle Support information management, data modeling, and system integration efforts Perform unit testing and follow established development methodologies Requirements BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience implementing and integrating w
