Описание

We’re looking for a motivated, self-directed content specialist to build a comprehensive help system for an established legal accounting product. This role will take a product with limited existing instructional content and transform it into a well-organized, user-friendly knowledge base that helps customers confidently understand and use the software. The ideal candidate understands how to structure and develop effective help content and is comfortable independently researching complex product functionality, learning through hands-on exploration, and collaborating with product subject matter experts to fill knowledge gaps. Because the product supports legal accounting and billing workflows, experience with accounting, billing, or financial software is a significant advantage. This role requires someone who can take ownership of a large, evolving body of work, establish priorities and goals, and make steady progress with limited day-to-day direction. Responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Actionstep’s Legal Accounting product and services in order to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content. Write user-friendly articles that meet the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language that sets our users up for success.
